About Swaravidhya Music School
Established in 2012 as SV Music School, now registered as Swaravidhya (OPC) Private Limited, the institution was founded by Mrs. V. Shenbagavalli, an aspiring visually impaired musician. With a vision to inspire passion for Carnatic music, Swaravidhya is committed to delivering comprehensive, high-quality music education accessible to all. Now students are trained in vocal and instruments such as Keyboard and Veena by regular and online classes at an affordable fee.
About the founder
Shenbagavalli Vidhya, a 100% visually impaired musician with a Bachelor’s degree in Music, founded Swaravidhya Music School in 2012, where she has taught over 100 students. Honored with the National Award “Shrestha Divyangjan” by the President of India in 2022, she was recognized for her outstanding contribution to promoting Carnatic music and teaching it to younger generations.
